Shipping and Returns FAQ’s
1. How much is shipping in Australia?
Shipping within Australia will be via Australia Post.
Flat shipping rates include:

Orders over $80 via regular post
Orders under $80 via regular post
Any Order delivered by express post
2. Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.
3. How long will delivery take?
Orders received prior to 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched same business day. If your order is placed after 2pm, it will be dispatched the following business day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will be sent an Australia Post tracking number via email so you can track your order.
The expected delivery time for regular Australia Post is 2-3 days for capital cities and between 2-7 days for deliveries outside metropolitan areas.
The expected delivery time for express post is next business day for most locations within Australia. For locations outside of the Australia Post Delivery Network orders may take up to 3 days.

4. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once we have processed and sent your order a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Please refer to the tracking number so you can track your order.
5. Can I return or exchange my order?
Generally, you will be entitled to a refund or exchange where we are required to do so under any relevant laws, including the Australian Consumer Law. You may ask for a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem or is significantly different to what you asked for.
You will not be entitled to a refund or exchange where you have simply changed your mind, so please choose products carefully.
You may ask for an exchange if you have purchased the wrong sized clothing item. However, the returned item must be in unwashed and unworn condition, along with original tags and packaging and returned to us within 14 days of the purchase date. We do not provide refunds for wrong sized items.
6. What if my order is incorrect?
Please send us an email at email@example.com within 48 hours so that we can resolve this issue.
7. Where have the products been sourced from?
We are proud to say all of our products have been sourced from Australian companies.
8. What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived?
If you have not received your order within our suggested timeframes, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your full name and order number so we can investigate for you.
