1. How much is shipping in Australia?

Shipping within Australia will be via Australia Post.

2. Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.

3. How long will delivery take?

Orders received prior to 1pm Monday to Friday AEST will be dispatched the same business day. If your order is placed after 1pm, it will be dispatched the following business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will be sent an Australia Post tracking number via email so you can track your order.

*The expected delivery time for regular Australia Post is 2-3 days for capital cities and between 3-7 days for deliveries outside metropolitan areas.

*The expected delivery time for express post is next business day for most locations within Australia. For locations outside of the Australia Post Delivery Network orders may take up to 3 days.

All orders are dispatched from Brisbane, Qld, 4170.

*Please note: With the current pandamic, in some circumstances, Australia Post is taking longer than usual to get parcels delivered due to limited flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes.

Please choose express post if you would like to receive your parcel quickly. Delays may also occur due to weather changes, public holidays and other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once we have processed and sent your order a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Please refer to the tracking number so you can track your order.

5. Can I return or exchange my order?

If you wish to return or exchange your purchased item/s we will happily provide you with an exchange or refund (excluding skin care or food products) providing;

  • The returned item/s must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order;
  • The returned item/s must be in their original condition with the tags attached including the original packaging;
  • The returned item/s must not be used, worn or damaged after delivery;
  • Skin care products cannot be returned or exchanged due to health and safety reasons; and
  • No refunds on sale items.

You may ask for an exchange if you have purchased the wrong sized clothing item. However, the returned item must be in unwashed and unworn condition, along with original tags and packaging and returned to us within 14 days of the purchase date. 6. What if my order is incorrect?

Please send us an email at hello@apurebeginning.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your parcel so that we can resolve this issue.

7. Where have the products been sourced from?

We are proud to say all of our products have been sourced from Australian companies.

8. What do I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

If you have not received your order within our suggested time frames, please email us at hello@apurebeginning.com.au and include your full name and order number so we can investigate for you.
